hey girls --
let's talk about the challenge in here. i'm looking up words in khmer (language of cambodia) for the guys' tribe name. lemme know what u think of them...
male = Rbus
strength = Kunpab
speed = Elnelig
masculine = Ducrbus
power = Ganupab
green = Rss'
brown = S,rkhm
thingy (lmao) = kþ (wonder how u say it?)
thoughts? cambodia's pretty male-dominated, so maybe a traditional masculine name translated would work well?

that's exactly what i was thinking about for the name. i'm glad that you could find some translations though b/c i didn't have much luck.
maybe have their name be Strong Men in Khmer or rather Male Strength.
who wants to be the leader?

hmm. lol, maybe we can ask Sandy to pick a number and then whoever wants to be leader can pick numbers and whoever comes closest to Sandy's number is leader.
i guess that's if we want to be fair.
who is good at photoshop/paintshop? we'll definitely have to put those skills to work.
i'm fairly decent when i put my mind to it and actually try.

I actually work in PhotoShop all day at work. I'm a graphic designer / admin assistant.

We could all make decisions and how we might want it... whoever can design it, post it and we can comment on changes that need to be made. If you want me to work on it, I work tomorrow and have access to all the computer stuff and pictures and artwork that you normally have to pay for.....
Where are the other girls?

Hey ladies, sorry I am a bit late.
I think the girl with the most knowlegde in the designing area should be leader, aka NOT ME lols. Either Keisha or Kj seems to know a bit about how to work with Photoshop and such. I'm decent at it, making pictures look cool. Besides that I'm a dud.
Also I totally am liking the idea of 'male strength' or 'strong male'. I should look some things up in Khmer as well.
Ah I don't know where to begin. Someone needs to just take the lead and start like, putting the mens picutres together. Maybe other girls could look for a cool background image with brown in it? I dunno? Am i making any sense?
If not someone direct me please gurlies! lols

strong as an adjective is horribly long, but...
Svahab Rbus = strong male
maybe?
also, i nominate one of the girls w/ photoshop skills to be leader. keish? kj? you want it?

I would gladly take the leadership role. I have access to alot of cool things at work and have the time to work on it in the morning. I can post it on the board by noon for approval and we can do any tweaks at that point that we might agree on collectively.
How does that sound?

I like the name, what about male strength = Rbus Kunpab just flipping it, makes it sound different, but I'm ok with whatever the majority wants.  |

KJ, i'm perfectly fine with you doing the designing then since you're a graphic designer. i just mess around in paintshop for fun and making crap for my various tv obsessions and whatnot.
i think i like male strength - Rbus Kunpab ... it just sounds like more fun.
i wish we had better pics of some of the guys. like Aroh, Kenyon, Casey, and Travis.
i'm pretty sure that we could get a pic of Von, Dan, Kyle, and Taylor from facebook or myspace. but i don't think the other guys have either of those. at least i couldn't find them.
i'll see if i can do some digging and come up w/ some pics or a background.
