Tribal Council #9
Mekong
Host Sandy: Welcome to Tribal Council Keisha, Kj, Darcy, and Michelle. After five men in a row have left Cambodia, it's time for another girl to departe. As always we'll start Tribal Council off with a few questions. Darcy, does Michelle being swapped make her an easy target? What do you think about the vote tonight? What strategy has gone into making your decision?
Darcy: Michelle arriving on our team after the challenge does make her an easy target. Keisha, Kj and I have already talked and worked as a team and Michelle is just getting into the swing of things. There has been so much strategy going into tonights vote it is making my head spin. I am voting on trust in the future.
Host Sandy:Trust in this game is few and far between. Keisha, how did it feel sitting out of the challenge? Surprised by any of answers during the Immunity? Are you feeling vulnerable tonight?
Keisha: It really sucked having to sit out of the challenge. Knowing that you can't help out your tribe in any way. You have to put alot of faith into the other members of your tribe hoping they'll pull the win out. Unfortunately it didn't end up that way for us. Most of the answers to the questions I figured would turn out the way they did. I was more surprised at how certain people answered certain questions. Things that appeared clear cut and they threw in a random name. It was very odd to me. I of course feel vulnerable. I don't think anyone in the game at this point could go into a tribal council and NOT feel vulnerable. Unless you're sitting pretty with Immunity you ALWAYS have to worry. Hopefully things will work out though.
Host Sandy: I hope things work out for you, we'll find out in a bit. Michelle, this is your second Tribal Council in a row, are you feeling like tonight is your night? What have you done to ensure your survival past tonight? Do you feel like you are deserving to be here?
Michelle: I do feel like this may be the night, but I've played honorably, had fun with the challenges, met some wonderful people, and have had a great experience! I've just talked with people to see what they were thinking so far, so maybe that can help me stay tonight. And I do think I deserve to be here! I've worked just as hard as everyone else. Yes, I suck in challenges, but it doesn't mean that I'm not trying! A lot of people probably see me as the dumb blonde girl, but there's more than meets the eye.
Host Sandy: Kj,what did you think of the past challenge? Surprised to be here tonight? What are you basing your vote on? If you were voted out tonight - would you understand why?
Kj: I thought the past challenge was fun! Kenyon and I raced to do it and post it so we could get extra points, so I was thrilled to tie Christina with 36 points (until you added bonus points) Yes, actually I am surprised to be here tonight. We should have won this challenge. If I was voted out tonight, I would be surprised. And no I wouldn't understand. There is one person who hasn't been on our tribe, who was just thrown to us, which would have been an "easy vote" and we have a liar in the camp trying to stir things up. So, there are definately two other choices much better than myself to be voted out tonight.
Host Sandy: Well Kj, I'm interested to see how this plays out. Now that everyone has said their peace it's time to reveal the votes. Once the votes are read the decision is final. The person voted out will be asked to leave the Tribal Council area immediately.
First vote...
Second vote...
That's 1 vote Michelle, 1 vote for Keisha
Third vote...
11th person voted out of Cambodia...
I'm Sorry Kiesha....after 24 days out here in Cambodia...THE TRIBE HAS SPOKEN!
You need to bring me your torch.
*Snuffs Keisha's Torch*
Please post your final words in your confessional. Thanks for playing, I hope you enjoyed yourself. I will be messaging you soon to set up and iSurv1vor Live! interview.
Kj, Michelle, Darcy - you have survived another one. You can head back camp.
