Tribal Council #3
Rbus Kunpab
Host Sandy: Welcome to Tribal Council Rbus Tribe! Come in and please have a seat. I'm sure most of you are in high spirits having won your first challenge but it is time to vote a third person out of the game. Casey, are you enjoying Christina now that she has been on your team for a few days? What does she bring to the team? Do you think Jia will fit into this group?
Casey: Im happy to have Christina and I think shes doing great over here with us. Shes a great tribemate. And Jia, hopefully me and her can work together.
Host Sandy: I'm glad you are getting along with the ladies on your team. Travis, were you shocked to see yourself get a few votes last tribal council? What would give people reason to vote you? Do you consider yourself a valuable member of this tribe?
Travis:Not at all...I knew that the first vote would be split between Dan and I. Dan started making alliances with everyone and turned against my "8 is GREAT" plan...so he chose me as his target. He had to find people to vote against me to save his butt...so did I; it looks like I did a better job. Yes...I definitely do feel valuable...I came back from five days off to help us with the first challenge (even though we lost). Also, I am really working my best at keeping tribe morale up through the losses and the wins!
Host Sandy: Well if what you say holds some truth, I'm pretty sure I'll be seeing you for a while in this game. Kenyon, are you worried at all tonight? Would you be surprised if it was you leaving tonight? What are you basing your vote on?
Kenyon: I'm always a little worried, Sandy, because this game is the most sporadic "oh look Jia, just got kidnapped" "Oh look Taylor got abducted by the girls," "Oh look, Christina showed up with no top on," kind of game. I think it's even more intense than any of the other seasons because you just never know what is going to happen. To answer your question, If I was leaving tonight I would be surprised, because I just don't think my card is up yet. I'm basing my vote on what the majority wants to do tonight.
Host Sandy: Well we see what the 'majority' has to say in a few. Von, in your opinion, do you think you have formed the friendships to survive a few more days in the game? Why should this tribe keep you around?
Von: I think I've formed enough to show that I want to be here. But I should definitely be here because I am no threat....compared to some of these guys and girls. I may blow off at the mouth but I'm all talk. When some of these people come talk to me about strategy, I'm just like "HOW DOES THAT WORK!?" So yeah.
Host Sandy: Thanks Von. Christina, is the work ethic in challenges the same with each tribe mate? Is everyone putting in their fair share? Feeling vulnerable at all tonight with the vote?
Christina: I think that everyone is putting in their fair share for the challenges, and I don't particularly feel vulnerable tonight because I've formed close friendships with most of the guys here.
Host Sandy: Well I'm glad you seem to be fitting in with the men quite well. Aroh, is this vote a big deal to you? Do you care - not care? Being out here in Cambodia with friends for 9 days under these conditions would be tough. You guys don't know each other I'm not even sure if you like each other. Aroh how has it been the first 9 days out here getting along with everybody?
Aroh: This vote is especially a big deal to me. I especially care because I could get voted out anytime at any tribal council, and I do not take it lightly that I have to go. I feel like I've REALLY gotten to know some of the guys and girls on this tribe in the past few days, but I really want to know them more. I guess that's not a good idea to get personally involved with other players, but I kinda have to or it wouldn't be fun playing if everyone was a robot. That's why I'm glad these guys have senses of humor and talk about their lives outside of the game. There has been some tension in the beginning after Dan left, but I feel like it has mostly been resolved
Host Sandy: Glad to see that there has been improvement within your tribe. Maybe that is reason for the recent win? Jia, are you dissappointed about how the challenge played out? How do you feel about being on this new tribe?
Jia: yea i feel awful that i lost it for my tribe, but i can't really be mad cause i have a job now and was there making money for a change. lol. i do like this tribe tho, i'm excited to hang out w/ the guys more and hang out w/ christina again. i'm looking forward to it.
Host Sandy: Thanks Jia, and thank you everyone for voting and answering your questions. Kyle, feeling nervous at all tonight? What would make someone want to vote you out?
Kyle: Yes, I am, Sandy, because I think that some people will vote for me. Now that Dan, my closest ally, is gone from the game, people may think that I have no hope. That's not true at all. I hope my alliance goes with what I do, and the reason I am voting for that person is because it will strengthen the team a lot more and this way, we will be able to win all of our challenges!
Host Sandy: Unfortunately its time for me to reveal the votes. Just a reminder when the votes are read the decision is final. The person with the most votes will be voted out and asked to leave the Tribal Council area immediately
